{"id":1490,"date":"2021-02-15T10:29:31","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T09:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sim-cdm.it\/it\/?page_id=1490"},"modified":"2021-09-07T11:37:52","modified_gmt":"2021-09-07T09:37:52","slug":"politica-aziendale","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sim-cdm.it\/en\/company-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Company Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Company Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>SIM srl <\/strong>has adopted and maintains a Management System that complies with the requirements of the International standard <strong>UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 <\/strong>in order to achieve the following general objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>communicate to the outside the message of an <strong>effective and certified organizational system <\/strong>in the company, at a time when the market demands <strong>efficiency and reliability<\/strong>;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>guarantee <\/em><\/strong><em>to the customer the execution of each order with proposed quality, in technical and economic terms;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>make reliable the organization of company to aim for high <strong>customer satisfaction;<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>give <strong>lasting development <\/strong>to the company.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To achieve these objectives, our Company is committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>understand <em>and periodically review the <strong>Business Context <\/strong>and internal\/external factors that may affect business or company policies;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>define the <strong>parties involved <\/strong>in the company (stakeholders), bearing in mind their expectations;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>define the <strong>tasks and responsibilities<\/strong> of the staff in an organic and clear way;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>apply techniques and <strong>quality methodologies <\/strong>to keep under control the business activities;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>define in a complete and precise way the <strong>characteristics of the product<\/strong> to manufacture;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>plan and coordinate <\/em><\/strong><em>the activities to be carried out and supervise their correct conduct;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>manage the <strong>business risks<\/strong>, from every point of view, to prevent and neutralize before the problems;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>in<\/em> <em>continuous way, <strong>train and update <\/strong>on new technologies, materials and production processes;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>increase the use of <strong>innovative technologies, tools or approaches<\/strong>;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>empower and <strong>make the staff part of the team<\/strong>, asking for the utmost collaboration and commitment to guarantee continuous development and improvement;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>raise awareness among suppliers <\/em><\/strong><em>to the problems related to quality and adopt measures of encouragement for them to adopt themselves a management system;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>operate in full <strong>compliance with current legislation<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together with the general objectives, the Management of SIM srl defines, year by year, on the occasion of the Management Review, the <strong>specific qualitative objectives <\/strong>that it intends to achieve also in relation to aspects such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>customer satisfaction;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>acquisition of new skills and professional experience of staff;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>continuous improvement of the production efficiency of the company, through the continuous maintenance of a dynamic Quality System.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company Policy and the procedures are disclosed to all staff involved in periodic meetings; the <strong>correct and complete understanding <\/strong>and implementation of the Company Policy is systematically verified as part of internal audits.<\/p>\n<p>All the responsible Functions have <strong>direct responsibility for the implementation <\/strong>of what is contained in the prescriptive documents prepared and relevant.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Head of the Quality Management System<\/strong>, appropriately appointed and in direct reporting with the Management, has the task of coordinating the projects necessary to <strong>develop<\/strong> <strong>the Management System<\/strong>, to verify that <strong>it is part of real business process<\/strong>, and that it remains intact and does not receive external conditioning.
