The main controls we make are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ohm\/meter, through a specific measurement bridge equipped with a digital micro-ohmmeter;<\/li>\n<li>diameter and ovality, through thousandth-micrometer with comparator;<\/li>\n<li>visual control of surface-appearance and of the winding;<\/li>\n<li>possibility of comparison of the producer\u2019s chemical analysis with our external certified lab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MAIN ALLOYS WE DEALT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main alloys we dealt with are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO = Nichel \/ Chromium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO 80 = <\/strong> Ni.80% &#8211; Cr.20% alloy. It is the best and most valuable alloy of its class, useful for heating elements working at high temperature (1200\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO 70 = <\/strong> Ni.70% &#8211; Cr.30% alloy. (Max. T. 1250\u00b0C)<\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO 60 =\u00a0<\/strong> Ni.60% \u2013 Cr.15% alloy. Excellent for heating elements working at 1100\u00b0C temperature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO 40 = <\/strong> Ni.37% &#8211; Cr.20% &#8211; Si.2% alloy. Useful for the production of driers where the temperature of use does not exceed 1,050\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NICRO 30 = <\/strong> Ni.28% &#8211; Cr.20% &#8211; Si.2% alloy. Useful for the production of driers where the temperature of use does not exceed 950\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FECRAL = Iron \/ Chromium \/ Aluminium<\/strong><br \/>\nsplitted in<\/p>\n<p><strong>FECRAL 153 =<\/strong> ferromagnetic alloy for a working temperature of 1450\u00b0C. Enriched with Yttrium, Zirconium and Nickel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FECRAL 145 =\u00a0<\/strong> ferromagnetic alloy for a working temperature of 1350\u00b0C. Its best use is in heat-treating furnaces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FECRAL 139 =\u00a0<\/strong> alloy useful for heating elements in industrial furnaces needing high surface loading. Working T. 1300\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FECRAL 137 =\u00a0<\/strong> projected as heating element for furnaces of ceramic, for the production of armored heating elements and heating elements put in quartz tubes.
