THERMAL INSULATORS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Besides the articles of its own production, SIM S.r.l. has also a wide range of thermal insulators in its finished goods warehouse.<\/p>\n

For this category of items, our company is also able to make improvements and modifications to the standard articles by means of machining. SIM S.r.l. also produces, with its own formulations, fibrous mastics, hardening liquids, refractory glues, ceramic sealants and ceramic-based release agents (both powder and liquid).<\/p>\n

Each item is packed in a special package to make it easy to handle during transport and to protect it from moisture and humidity. The documentation relating to these items, as well as highly qualified personnel, is always available in our technical department, to advise the client in choosing the most suitable insulator. It is also possible to perform thermography and thermal mapping in general, upon customer\u2019s request.<\/p>\n

\nhollow tiles with a wide range of
\nthicknesses. We carry out grinding,
\ndrilling and cutting on customer\u2019s
\nrequest.<\/p>\n

For every need and in our special lab equipped with industrial sewing frames, our twenty-year experienced staff develops and designs heating cushions. The leading industries of the department are the localized heat treatment, the petrochemical industry and the ferrous and non-ferrous alloys foundries.<\/p>\n

We create and then transform, by machining, insulating shaped products such as: mats, panels, ceramic paper and mill-boards. The department used for such works has been set up according to the most modern and strict quality standards. It is equipped with a special intake manifold with absolute filters, located on each operating station and it includes the following machines:<\/p>\n
